I have been a client of August REI for four years. The staff has been very helpful and answer any questions or concerns that I might have in a friendly and prompt manner.
There are some negative reviews shown (on Google) but I feel that most of them are regarding problems that are not related to loan servicing, which is August REI's role, but rather the person or company that actually holds the mortgage, the title company or attorney that created the loan documents, the insurance company or some other entity related to the loans that they service or collect. Unfortunately, August REI is caught in the middle and therefore is blamed for issues that they didn't create.
Based on my 4+ years of experience with August REI, I highly recommend them!
