Monthly Workout Calendar Printables

I’ve found that a printable workout calendar can be an incredibly helpful tool to help you stay organized.

While it might not offer you the same level of detail as an exercise log, it does provide a nice visual representation of your workout plan.

If you tend to get bored with a classic calendar design, a coloring calendar can be a fun alternative.

Tips for using these fitness calendars

There are a few different ways to get the most out of these printables.

Here are my favorites:

Make a reusable fridge calendar

Instead of printing endless copies, you can print once, grab some self-laminating sheets and adhesive magnets, and use your template over and over again each month.

If you choose to go this route, you will need a good wet-erase marker also. The only downside is, that since you’ll be erasing your progress each month, you won’t be able to go back and compare.

However, there’s a workaround to this. You could easily just snap a picture each month and store the pics in a certain folder. It’s really up to you.

Make a fitness binder

If you like the idea of having a new printable sheet each month, another option is to print several copies and store them inside a binder. You’ll need a hole punch and that’s pretty much it.

The margins are wide enough that you shouldn’t have to worry about snipping off part of the template.

If you go this route, you may want to consider including some other printables in your binder to help you along your fitness journey too – such as some food journal pages.
